1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. This notice explains the cookies used on this site (timemarkd.com) and in the TimeMarkd app.
2. Cookies we use
We only use strictly necessary cookies — the kind needed to sign you in and keep the Services secure. Under UK and EU cookie law, these don't require your consent, but we still want you to know about them.

3. Analytics cookies (with your consent)
With your consent, given via the cookie banner shown on your first visit, we use PostHog to understand how this site and the TimeMarkd app are used — which pages and features get used, not what you type or enter. We don't use advertising cookies, and session recording is switched off. Data is hosted in the EU.

4. Controlling cookies
Most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies through their settings. The cookies in section 2 are strictly necessary, so blocking them will prevent you from signing in or using the Services. The analytics cookies in section 3 are optional — decline them in the banner and PostHog won't be loaded at all.
5. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the cookies we use change. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
